Refund policy

No returns
All sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of print publication we can not resell returned goods as new. Thank you for understanding. 

No exchanges
For the above-mentioned reasons, we can not exchange publications that have left the store. Please consider a gift card when gifting.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must reach out within 7 days of package delivery

Local pick-up
We offer a free pick-up option for any local online sales. If you can not make it during business hours, please reach out to let us know when you plan to come. Packages can be left after hours and retrieved with the door code. Customers will be sent a notification when their order is ready for collection. 

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order timelines are estimates only, based on the information given from our publishers. If a Pre-Order item has not shipped within two months of its estimated ship date a refund may be requested. 

Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the US. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout. 

International orders
Please email littlejohnpress@gmail.com to arrange an international purchase. We review the feasibility of each international purchase on a case by case basis. Once international packages have left the store they are the responsibility of the customer. We can not assist with shipping issues. Duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
